Terms of Service

You must be authorized to represent your organization and use Summit in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your organization workspace.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use Summit for unlawful activity. You remain responsible for the content and data your organization uploads.

Paid features are provided under the subscription plan selected by your organization. Charges, renewals, and cancellations follow your configured billing terms and applicable payment processor policies.

Your organization retains ownership of its operational data. By using Summit, you grant us permission to process data as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

If your organization connects Google mailboxes, you represent that you are authorized to connect those accounts and process mailbox content for your business workflows. Summit processes Google user data only to provide requested product functionality. Retention, deletion, and related handling of Google user data are described in the Privacy Policy.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Summit may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that affect feature behavior or uptime.

Summit is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requirements. Organizations may stop using Summit at any time, subject to subscription and contractual obligations.
